As a member of our team of experts, you would be responsible for assisting passengers around the world in difficult life situations. Your main responsibility will be daily communication with our clients, hospitals, airlines, tour operators, etc.

We are looking for reliable, open and flexible team players able to analyze the situation and find a solution. Skills, Knowledge & Experience needed:

✓ Flexible and fast thinking, cold head in stressful situations

✓ Fluent English (+Czech language is an advantage)

✓ Fluent Dansih

✓ Being able to start in October/November the latest

✓ previous work experience in the field of tourism/assistance is an advantage
