Accounting Assistant for payroll with Spanish

One of our clients, a multinational company leading innovations in online retailing, cloud computing and digital streaming, is now looking for an Accounting Assistant fluent in Spanish to assist payroll processes for its employees. 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Supporting payroll operations by processing any overpayments or receivables connected with payroll 
  • Following up on any issues regarding payslips calculations 
  • Collection of open overpayments or receivables 
  • Assisting employees in resolving payroll related issues based on their queries 
  • Investigating the root cause of overpayments or receivables and communicating this back to the employee 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Great communication skills and attention to detail 
  • Customer service skills 
  • Proficiency in MS Excel 
  • Fluent English and Spanish 
  • At least two years experience in payroll calculations and/or accounts receivable processing
