YOUR TASKS
  • Take over the leads from inbound flow, and then take them through the entire sales cycle;

  • Develop your own strategies for engaging prospects;

  • Create your own leads through targeted business development;

  • Demo the platform, after aligning to the prospects’ business needs and pain points (through detailed discovery);

  • Become a product expert, to become a trusted advisor to the target audience;

  • Bring deals to a close, including proposals and contracts;

  • Work closely with Customer Success teams as well as other departments (e.g. Marketing and Product) to provide feedback / develop initiatives that can help achieve goals, while adding value to the company;

  • Update and maintain the central CRM system 

YOU BRING
  • 1-3 years of sales/business development experience in the SaaS space

  • A basic understanding of the online marketing discipline

  • The ability to adapt to changes in role and responsibilities,

  • The ability to establish positive and lasting relationships,

  • The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • High-energy and motivation,

  • A strong interest, knowledge, and passion for technology and innovation

  • Excellent communication and cooperation skills

  • Excellent German language skills, both written (email/messenger communication) and spoken (phone calls, video conferences, events participation)
