Jaroslav Chýle is a qualified MBSR teacher trained directly by the Center for Mindfulness, University of Massachusetts, where the MBSR program originated in 1979. He has been training yoga and meditation for many years and continues to study and research MBSR and other mindfulness-based interventions.

This brought such peace to my life

I can highly recommend the MBSR training with Jaroslav. I've been doing the individual trainings with him for over 3 months now. The benefits of mindfulness and meditation were immediate for me. I can handle stress much better, am calmer, feel more at peace, sleep better and am able to just enjoy the now. He is such a kind, warm, friendly and empathetic person. It's a real pleasure to learn from him.
