This has been a horrible experience. We paid them 36900 Kronas for services. We have been at this since October. They NEVER follow up or let us know what is going on. I paid for a work visa…my husband while waiting for his visa became a Czech citizen. We did all the paperwork for the citizenship.
Don't trust the reviews that are posted on this site. The owner will post reviews without your permission by creating a fake account with your name. I had asked them many years ago to remove the review with my name, but they still haven't.
I am very happy with the service provided - getting a biometric ID card. Both Jan and Daria made the process straightforward, met me in person and I was seen to quickly.
I cannot imagine trying to attempt this alone so thank you again!
I've used Move to Prague several times: for my work visa, for a partner visa, for changing addresses, and applying for permanent residence. Jan and Daria (along with everyone else who works there) have always been so helpful with the process. They knew everything that needed to be done each step of the way, and were really helpful with getting various documentation and notarizations in order as well.

Zuzana gave us some amazing advice and was very helpful. I would highly recommend Move To Prague for any assistance and services you need in relocating or visiting Prague on an extended basis. Everything worked out for us perfectly.
Jan assisted me with a relationship visa. My partner and I are both experienced with paperwork, but it was extremely helpful to use their services. Jan knows all the tips and techniques. It made the visa application process much easier and comfortable. Always a good idea to hire a professional for visa applications. Well worth the fee.

I had a great experience with their services. Jan and all of their team guided me thought all the steps when I was in my country to apply for the "partnership visa". I had great communication with them and my application was approved. Even during the State of emergency due the Corona Virus they were doing facebook live Q&A to help answer all our questions for all of us expats and guided us with the correct information.
