I have been attending Jana's personal training sessions for over six months and I can't believe how quickly she helped me get back into shape. I am over 50 so this isn't an easy task, but she gently guided and pushed me to do my best and go deeper into my exercise routine. I've been exercising under Jana's guidance for over one year. Changes in my well-being are really amazing. My health improved, as well as day-to-day life. I have more energy and got rid of annoying back pain. Jana is also very nice personally, always positive and knows how to motivate people. I can only recommend her as a personal trainer!

Jana is a young,full of energy instructor that motivates you to achieve your goals!Her studio is fully equipped and every time, you can do different range of exercises.I saw the results on my body pretty fast.I definitely recommend her!
