Sarah was there for me at the perfect time. Coming back from a double Hernia Operation as well carrying a Rotator Cuff Injury from years of Elite Sport I was physically and mentally in a tough place. I started working out with Sarahi in July after deciding to participate in a Spartan race. I was thrilled that she was able to hone in on exactly what I needed to work on and exactly what motivates me. I was completely prepared for the Spartan in October and have continued to be motivated by her positive energy and incredible workouts she always has planned. As I get older my body and I haven't been best friends like earlier so I have decided it is time to get some help.
I have been training with Sarah on 1:1 sessions for about 2 1/2 month and I can already feel that the training has helped me a lot.
My body can handle more pressure and I feel so much better thanks to Sarah.
She makes the training fun and I hardly realize that she is pushing me a little each time.
I have been exercising with Sarah since January. We have small group sessions at my workplace twice a week. They are accessible to all levels of fitness and a fantastic way to start the day! Sarah is giving me back my body and tailoring classes to fit our group needs. I never thought I would say that I enjoy workouts but I do; she thinks it all through and gets the best out of you. i would do anything she tells me as I can see the difference it is making.
