I have been involved in Sport, Health and Fitness for some 20 years in the UK and have now moved to the Czech Republic looking to provide services primarily as an 'in the field' Sport Specific Strength, Power and Conditioning Coach and Trainer and a general Health and Fitness Trainer (continuing to train at a high level myself).

I therefore write to present my qualifications skills and experience in the above and attach some of my Certificates by way of pdf copies, with a view to providing Sport Specific and general Health and Fitness Personal and Group Training, advice, programmes and lectures.
UK Experience
1. Worked with The Athletics Youth Foundation (incorporated as part of UK Athletics through   its founder, David Hemery) and in particular, Mark Rowland (Olympic 3000m Steeplechase Bronze Medalist) in Strength, Power and Conditioning of County and National Junior Athletes through Lewes College.
2. Worked at Lewes College as part of the PE Curriculum providing Health and Fitness Classes as a Module within the PE courses, and also worked through the College with the ASA, in providing Sport Specific Training for Junior National Swimmers,


3. Worked as part of and within the Hurstpierpoint College, Worthing Sixth Form College and BHASVIC PE Curriculum. 
4. Provided Health and Fitness events, promotions (e.g. Eastbourne Iron Man and Iron Lady Competition) and fitness general classes within Aerobics and Weight / Fitness Training covering junior to senior capability age ranges, within Sport Centres through Eastbourne Borough Council, Sports Development Department and Tourism and Leisure Department and also through Youth Services.


5. Conducted private and confidential PT both in the U.K. and in the U.S. within Bodybuilding and general Health and Fitness.
6. Worked with Eastbourne Language and Activity Centre, as Sports Director in respect of their foreign student sports and educational programmes.
7. Held several School assemblies to advise on and promote Health and Fitness.
8. Provide Personal Training and Health and Fitness Development programmes for the individual or groups / teams (e.g. football, basketball, netball and rugby teams).
