Evening Outdoor Trainings/Bootcamps, morning outdoor group trainings for moms on maternity leave and individual tailor made trainings. Evening trainings combine aerobic activities focused on strength, endurance, coordination and bodybuilding with TRX, own body weight and whatever is available in Prague parks (benches etc.). Group trainings for moms are focused on body firm up, weight reduction and physicial condition increase, and is combination of cardio activities and body building. You can of, course, take your kids with you.
Individual trainings are adjusted to everyone's goals, time possibilities and current physical and health condition. Schedules and localities for group trainings and more information about all trainings to be found on website www.treninkysjanou.cz/en. First group training and trial individual training including muscles shape diagnosis is for free!
