Tim Mitchell from Australia, is the most experienced teacher of this proven technique in Europe (10 years) and he has been meditating for over 40 years. He has also spent the last 25 years studying, practicing and teaching Ayurveda and Yoga in India and around the world.

Tim regularly offers free Introductory Talks as well as conducting Courses of Instruction in Prague. He runs follow up meetings, talks and seminars on many aspects of healthy and balanced lifestyles. His students come from all ages and backgrounds. His teaching is entertaining and practical. It is immediately applicable in modern daily life.

I was never able to sit in quiet with the eyes closed for more than 5 minutes. It was so boring and endless. 2 years ago I met Tim and learned vedic meditation. I was so surprised how easy meditation could be and more importantly how quickly could 20 minutes pass! Thanks to meditation I can get a deep rest whenever I feel tired. Mediation for me was something, what I could not really do. I was always trying, but was struggling to calm or clear my mind.
