Zen Garden is your oasis in the middle of the city

Our mission is to make each visit in Zen Garden a real treat for your body, heart and mind. We bring you a variety of yoga classes such as Yin Yoga, Hatha or Vinyasa. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner you will find a class that suits you. We offer classes for mums to be as well as baby yoga (0-3), kids yoga (4-7) and modern dance for children (5-9). Pilates class complements our holistic care for your body.
On top of all this we also regularly offer various thematic workshops, retreats, summer camps for children as well as private lessons in English. You can also treat yourselves to a massage, aromatherapy and other therapies for your body and soul.
