B4Q, Bally for Quality, is a company specialized in quality improvement in all part of your company including HR, IT and Finance department. This company is a one employee company and run by me, Leo Bally.
The aim of B4Q is to get higher Customer Satisfaction Rate for your company, that means your customer will like to continue with your company for future business.
The areas where I, as Senior Advisor for Quality Assurance and Processes, normally operate and had major success with other companies are:
n Executing Total Quality Management, starting with implementation of quality awareness throughout the whole company. This is the foundation for any quality improvement plan.
n Improving Company processes, with Lean and Six sigma where I have very good results to reduce waste time by 50 % what had positive impact on employee satisfaction and on ROI.
n Reducing Company Operational risk by implementing Business Continuity Plan including crisis and risk management, to avoid bankruptcy by major or critical disasters.
n Implementing and Executing Project Management Office where all project are co-ordinated and controlled. The impact of a PMO is that all project managers are working on the same concept, normally PMI, and priorisation of projects and team members is the possible.
Also I am the country councillor for American Society for Quality and because of this special membership I have unendless source of information available to me, even specialised trainings when needed.
