| What happened today should be noted somewhere.
I'm a Brazilian living and working in Prague with my wife for quite some months already. Today there was a "Noite Lusofona" at Palac Akropolis where some friends of ours were taking part. We bought two tickets in advance on friday for kc135 (see attachments). They were valid, or so we have been told (and confirmed from our friends that took part on the event) for the *whole evening*.
The event started at 17:00, but my wife works until late on saturday and got there around 22:30 with her VALID TICKET. The big monkeys at the entrance did not allowed her in, stating that the ticket was valid only for 17:00 (I got in at 18:30 with the same ticket). She tried to argue in English, which he didn't understand, so she tried IN CZECH that she had just wanted to talk to her friends inside because she had no money. She argued IN CZECH (not perfect czech, but czech nevertheless). They guy said something like "yes", which she thinks they were just laughing at her, but when she tried to go inside they grabbed her by the neck, she started to scream, they placed a hand on her mouth, which she bit it because she was defenseless and they threw her at the floor and dragged her outside.
The bruise in her neck was gone already, but the one in the arm and the tear on her coat can be seen on the attachments.
The ticket is yet full, without the border that is to be teared when you get in. We had PAYED TO THE EVENT, she was getting there after the event was finished and there was just the DJ playing, and this amount does not give any credit to drinks, so we would have spent even more inside have this not happened.
Other friends had problem going to the bathroom that is upstairs (the only one working I've been told) because they had to go through the entrance. A friend of a friend could not get in again because the 1cm stamp on his arm was gone. And other people also had trouble with them.
I hope this can be a helpful advise for those planning to attend any event at Akropolis and for those that are planning to host their event there.
We will also be contacting the Brazilian embassy in Prague and taking further measures.
