About Bikram Yoga
Bikram´s Yoga Class is a demanding 26 posture series practiced in a heated room. (40°C, eq. 100°F)

Every posture is performed in the given order, to the best of one’s ability. Students of all levels practice together. One learns to work as deeply as one’s flexibility allows.

Bikram Choudhury scientifically designed this 90 minute program to deliver total health through the balancing and strengthening of every system in the body in order to prevent illness, injury and the limiting effects of ageing. He specially tailored this series to systematically move fresh oxygenated blood to 100% of the body – to every organ, bone, joint, muscle, ligament, tendon, tissue, fibre, blood vessel, nerve and gland. Vibrant good health and a sense of well being will automatically follow.
Bikram Yoga is a demanding modern discipline. It is the original hot yoga — a 40-year-old practice which has had results around the world. We pass it on the same way that we ourselves were taught; we do not change what works.
Our studios provide classes in every day period, homely atmospere, baby sitting for active parents and great refreshing in our Juice Bars.

Juice Bar
At any time of day you can refresh yourself in our Juice Bar, which offers plenty of fresh fruit and vegetable juices. For lunch, we always have soup, various salads, and amazing wraps and sushi rolls. After the lesson, you can enjoy high quality minerals and coconut water.
