Czechpapers.cz came through and helped me in my complicated situation, where no one else had the answer. I recommend them whole heartedly for many reasons including being up front and honest, so reasonably priced and treating the situation I was in individually, not just routinely going through the motions.
They'll first have chat with you about what you need help with, so you'll know where you stand before committing to their service. They sorted out my complex situation, finding answers the local authorities seemed to be mostly unaware of, and unsure of at best. I spent o much time trying to find the answers, I wish I had found these guys sooner.

I went through the crazy process of getting a visa/residence permit. Even though it's a long and frustrating process that took from June-October, it was absolutely worth it. I never really worried during this time because the guys at Czechpapers are incredibly organized, honest, and helpful. They help you with every little step in the process and are so patient and laid back. The first time I met with them was free and they told me all of the details about what I would need to do to try and get this visa. They are very fair and work very hard to make sure that things go your way. Their prices are incredibly reasonable considering how much they do for you. I can't even count all of the times they had to meet up with me about something, but they were always on time, organized, and very friendly. This is the friendliest, most helpful place to go if you need help navigating through the labyrinth that is Czech bureaucracy. I am more than satisfied with the service they provided. They were very fast and professional. After registering at various offices with them I didn't receive anything in the mail for a month from the social office. Thinking paperwork here takes a long time, I emailed them to be sure. They told me it was unusual and went down the next day to sort it out. Turns out the social office "lost" my paperwork but they were able to sort it out in 24 hours. I was impressed by how quickly they resolved my problem. If you want visa/paperwork help look no further.

Simon and Richard from Czechpapers.com helped me to get my Certificate of Temporary Residence Permit from the Foreign Police. They proved to be very helpful and reliable and after discussing for which purpose I would need the certificate they also provided alternative ideas to reach this aim, some of those would even had meant that their services would not be needed. It was easy to make an appointment with them to meet for a first discussion without any commitments or charges. Following this they were able to give me an estimate of the costs, which were much lower than those of other agencies I found online.
