Our minute-dishes are prepared on a lava grill, to reduce the likelihood of charring. Salads and vegetable dishes are prepared from daily market-fresh ingredients. The company Nawaco, who supplies our seafood, has been a business friend for many years, which guarantees the quality of the produce. Our chefs endeavour to follow the path of Mr. Paul Bocuse, Knight of Gastronomy, who freed French cuisine from heavy sauces and thoroughly fried meats. Bocuse also followed the motto that a chef is not a doctor, and therefore his main aim is to satisfy all senses.
