The Vavrys Wine Shop is a unique shop in Praque where wines of small series from exquisite small and middle vintners from Moravian wine region are sold. This region is the northernmost European wine region. This affects in unique way the balance of acids and sugar in the wine. The wines we offer you differentiate expressively from the ones of usual production. You can recognize the unique "handwriting" of each vintner. In these wines is reflected not only the great care and devoted relationship to the craft of making the wine but also to the vine and the vineyards themselves. The vineyard is the very place that determines the future quality of wine. The chemical treatment of the vine is more considerate, the amount of grapes is reduced by wise cut, so harvests are smaller but of better quality. Grapes are allowed to mature as long as possible in order that after reaching the requisite content of sugar they can be used for production of predicated wines of the best quality. This way especially white wines come into being with both outstanding and attractive fruit character. These wines can compete with the world ones fearlessly.
