The restaurant Svat Klara (The Saint Klara) is originally a wine cellar in one of the Prague's vineyards next to the baroque castle Troja. Within living memory wine has been grown here, which grapes have been brought by the emperor Charles IV. in the 14th Century. Originally the naming of the wine restaurant is to be explained by the patroness of the nearby chapel was created from a cave situated 16 metres beyond the surface, and after completion of the Troja castle, it was used as a stock of wines by the count Vaclav Vojtech of Stenberk.
