The Ice Tropez is a cocktail based of rosé wine flavoured with Brugnon :« nectarine ».

The « Tropez » Estate was created in 1996.
It carries the name of my grandfather, a man passionate with vineyards and wines, who all along his life time bought Vines. The estate’s surface is now 36 Hectares, and is composed with differents parcels of AOC « côtes de Provence » scattered around St-Tropez.
