In Plevel restaurant not only You can taste traditional Czech cuisine in its vegan version, You can also flush it down with the best Czech wheat beer Herold.
Pleasantly non-orthodox establishment of healthy lifestyle surprises You with it´s relaxed temper and bohemian atmosphere that oozes from the Krymská street.
Plevel is a restaurant that has plenty to offer for vegans, people that search for ever so increasingly popular raw cuisine, where the food is consumed raw only, and even people on a gluten-free diet. A nice addition to the experience is the use of neglected wild herbs that used to be a regular part of the diet. From this derives the name of the restaurant (which means Weed) . Vegan cooking here goes beyond the traditional concept of a healthy diet.
On the menu, next to the expected humus or tofu, You will be pleasantly surprised by items such as dill sauce, Svíčková „beef“ stew or meatloaf - all made with soy meat ala Plevel. The menu is strictly seasonal and draws mainly from the range of local suppliers. The key to the selection of raw materials is the freshness, absence of synthetic additives and proximity to sources. Bio origin is an advantage but not a requirement.
Although we cook from the best quality raw materials, prices are user-friendly: for a bowl of soup here You pay from 45 CZK, for the main course between 115 CZK to 170 CZK. Lunch menu of two courses can be bought between 119 CZK to 129 CZK.
