Exim tour doesn't have a centralized office - you can find their booths scattered around Prague's shopping malls. YOu can do some research online before purchasing tour, unfortunatelly all info is in Czech. You probably should aim for a central location if you hope to communicate with your tour salesperson in English. Other than difficulty communicating, I have had very positive experience with Exim. We went to Egypt, flights were on time, transfers arranged, seemed Exim takes superb care of their customers. Would use them again!
