Great outdoor heated pool.
The indoor pool is full of chlorine, and made my eyes itch! It was rather busy and humid inside, but the outdoor pool is just fantastic :)
100Kc deposit for the lockers.
There are no separate cubicles to change in.
Your ticket is scanned on the way in and out, so make sure that you purchase the right ticket.
It was pretty clean and the showers were nice and hot.
No English spoken at all here, but staff were very friendly and helpful. :)

Wow - I didn't realise how unfit I had become after 7 weeks on the Prague beer ;-) Managed 30 lengths of the 50m indoor pool (just). Was not crowded, even though team swimming was taking place in another part of the pool. It's SO much better than the standard 25m (or smaller) pools that you get elsewhere.
The best part I discovered on the way back. I wandered outside and discovered the fantastic heated outdoor pool. It was a cold rainy Saturday morning, but the pool was very warm, with steam billowing off the surface. I would have spent more of my time in there had I known!
The shower area is very public, and there seems to be a lot of (older) men just hanging around (see other review). Maybe I am spoilt after my gym in the UK, but it did seem a bit much :-0
So, the only problem now will be getting the motivation to swim every morning before work.....
Few tips:
1) You can buy tickets for different durations. Choose the right one as a barrier reads your ticket on the way out.
2) Take your towel and showering stuff in a bag with you to the pool. You will need these as the shower area is after the pool, the locker area is dry so you don't want to be trailing back wet for your stuff...
3) 100 CZK returnable deposit for your locker.
4) MEN: Bermuda shorts are NOT allowed.
5) A lot of people were walking around in flip flops, so these might be a good idea.

As well as the fine/immaculately clean facilities (+the hottest and largest steam room i've experienced!) this complex boasts an intriguing, slightly furtive atmosphere aided by the generous sprinkling of male prostitiutes (hence the caution about lockers)
Still, give me these irregularities anyday to some bland faceless alternative. One of Pragues more unexpected gems.
