Haven't been to this place for years, since I tend to avoid eating around Oldtown Square, but am happy I broke that unwritten rule and had a meal here with some out of town guests. Service was slow, but the food was worth the wait. Very good steaks and chips.

Ate here last time we were in Prague and all 3 of us thought the steaks were in the top 3/4/5 of our best steaks-of-all-time lists for quality - likewise the chips - but for quantity ..... I'm still eating mine now !!!!!! Even though my spinach and cheese veg choice was also excellent I actually had to leave some and some chips in order to ensure finishing my steak - a unique event in 20 years of knowing me according to my wife. Service was also excellent and friendly.
Visiting again in 2 weeks time - hope it hasnt changed.

I've now eaten here twice and both times the food has been good. I had the onion soup followed by steak with pepper sauce & potato wedges (known as American Steak Potatoes). Steak was cooked perfectly to my liking although a friend found his was still a bit on the 'alive' side for his taste. In general, decent food, generous portions and decent service.
