Just a short tram ride from I.P. Pavlova(9 minutes!) at tram stop Horky, is a great new pub.

Opened for just a couple of months, Chapadlo, proves to be a great success in combining a slightly more upscale pub atmosphere without the corporate feel of places like Potrafina Husa.

High ceilings and tasteful, cozy decor set this apart from your typical slightly grungy pub. The menu features several steaks, grilled fish and wonderful ribs. There is also a large selection of appetizers including a fantastic steak tartar! The service is super friendly, the prices are great, the food is well-prepared and tasty and the portions are large!

Lunch specials are a low 69kc and soup is only 19kc! With the size of their meals, you don't need soup!

The bar area is large with high tables and tall chairs, along with a couple of large flat screen TV's, making it the perfect place to watch sports. And there are two rooms to the side for those who don't want TV with their meal (and one of these rooms is non-smoking!). There is a small patio, which sadly just faces the back of a tabak and the tram stop, which is the only drawback to Chapadlo.

When you are at "Ipak" and don't know were to go, jump a tram and hit Chapadlo.
