The original concept of the Palace Metro building stem from it is great position between Old and New town. The Palace was conceived as a cultural center. In the Palace metro were situated following places of amusement: cinema with capacity of more than 1000 people, wine house, café, billiard tables, fast food, and delicatessen shop. Atmosphere of the building was complete with automobile show, costume jewelry, sport shop and business center. To make the Palace Metro living house the rest of the house was use as personal residences and flats.
