Does these people actually reply to emails? I've emailed them 4 or 5 times and never once got a response! Terrible service

I was in need of service for my Sky system, and mistakenly called this place again. (Yes, I know... I screwed up!)

Anyway, they gave me a price of 1,800czk just to come and LOOK at it (eventually had it serviced including parts for less than that).

After I realized who I was talking to, I asked them their current price for a new HD+ box. They quoted "about 30,000czk" which is just about 23,000czk more than the going rate.

Still a ripoff in every way!

I have been a long term customer (7 years) but lately I am sorry to say I have become disenchanted with Sky.... sure they are nice when then install but then problems happen (and they do more and more) its hardly worth the overpriced money grab "service fee" of some $300+ annual fee. Lately more than twice a year my card stops working then I have to wait weeks (so far three and counting with my last card and still no replacement). They answer only when "hounded" and are hard to contact. I have been desperatly searching for an alternative for over a year... maybe TIVO? Anyway.... thats another battle.... so BUYER BEWARE...

Through my own ineptitude my Sky was cut off last night and at 1900 I sent them a text message, within 2 hours they had it back up and running. I have used this service for about 5 years now and have always had excellent customer service the few times I needed anything.

Called Sky.cz today to inquire about the HD Box. They gave me a price of 35,000kc. That's more than I paid for my 50" plasma screen.

The going price is about 12,000kc including shipping from England.

The reviewers who love this company can keep it. I ordered from the UK, had it the next day, installed it myself (just replaced the old non-HD box) and saved 24,000kc.

I have tried to contact this company 6 times they don't reply to e-mails I guess they have as much work as they need ! Just another good example of customer service!!!

These people are not only reliable and efficient.... they are also very nice people!!
We had our Sky installed yesterday. The installation was complicated due to other satellite systems in the building and took hours longer than usual, but Paul, the technician, stayed until the job was completed, way beyond his working hours. He also cleared upafter the job was done - no mess or debris whatsoever.
Paras, the Company owner, kept us informed as to when Paul would arrive, then turned up to ensure everything was OK.
Efficient, reliable, excellent customer relations all round. A level of service rarely encountered, here or in the UK.
I only wish they could expand into other service areas!

Easy, Hassle free, excellent service, wouldn't hessitate to recomend these guys. Called to order and within 8 hours all was up and running. Couldn't ask for more. If you want Sky Use these guys! enough said!

I decided to get Sky because a very important NFL game was coming up the following Sunday and I did not want to watch it in a pub. The problem was that is was already Friday and I needed the complete setup including a dish installed by Sunday. I figured it wouold be a long shot but gave paras a call and told him my situation. Basically, if I could not get the service going in time to see the game, Sky service was not a priority for me and I would hold off till some other time. I was pretty pessimistic that it could be done. But much to my surprise paras said it might be possible if he could find a dish and cable installing willing to work on the weekend. He succeeded. By Sunday morning the installers were here and so was my receiver and a loaner Sky card. The service was up and running a few hours before kickoff. Words can not describe how good it felt relaxing on my couch and watching a championship NFL game on my big screen from the comfort of my home in over 9 years. I owe that to the excellent and professional services provided by paras. Furthermore, I have never had a problem with the service since. I thank paras and highly recommend him if you are considering a SKY signal in your home or place of business.

I'm very please with SkyDigital.Cz produt but moreover with the service and attitude which are simply far beyond the level I got used to in CZ and could match the highest standarts one can expirience in western countiries.

fantastic service,lost my signal from previous supplier for 4th time at a weekend, contacted paras the following morning,equipment installed by 4pm and in full working order 30 minutes later,no problems since. if you are looking for sky, he is the man to contact.

Well, not only did they had them in stock, they shipped one to me immediately and in less than 8 hours, I was up and running (I already had a dish installed).
