CTP Project Invest s.r.o., based in Holland, is a developer and financer of manufacturing, logistic and office facilities in the Czech Republic.

CTP is one of the most established industrial property developers in the country and has been active here since 1996, with the first facilities being constructed in 1998. We currently operate 5 private industrial parks in the country ranging from 20-45 hectares. Last year we completed projects for companies including, IMI International (UK), IMI Norgren (UK/USA), Knorr Bremse (Germany), DHL/Danzas (Germany), Norbert Dentressangle Logistics (France), Andrew Corporation (USA), Zexel Valeo Automotive (Japan/France), Xaloy AG (Switzerland), Inventec (Taiwan) and Danacher Motion (USA).
CTP currently has 50,000m2 under construction for companies from Taiwan, USA, Ireland and the UK.

CTP clients ultimately are searching for alternative, high quality, low cost manufacturing and office locations and a suitable partner to finance, construct and lease a facility from on a long term basis. CTP finances through an investment fund in Holland and through well established relationships with international banks active on the Czech market.
Our operations are conducted from two industrial parks in Brno, together with a site area of almost 80 hectares, and sites in Ostrava (35 hectares), Humpolec (17 hectares) and Prague (12 hectares).

In order to deliver customer specific projects, we have created our own "in house" team of architects, project and construction managers, with training in Holland and Germany and an extensive knowledge of the Czech market place. Our team is constantly on site and ensuring the final product is built to the highest possible standards. Our business parks are all self managed providing on site security, transport services, management and maintenance. CTP's responsibilities also covers facility design and permit acquisitions, including environmental studies, building permits and final operating permits. Through our proven methods we guarantee clients a completion time of 8-9 months until property "handover."
