The apartments are located in the beautiful art nouveau "Topic" House, on Narodni street opposite the National Theatre right in the city center.
With Old Town Square, Charles Bridge, Wenceslas square all within easy walk, the tram in front of the door and the metro two blocks away, the apartments provide perfect access to the rest of the city.

The "Topic" house, named after the famous publisher is one of Prague's finest examples of art nouveau architecture, built by the Osvald Polivka, who also built Prague's Obecní dům. The house became the center for activities of the famous Stránský family, who founded the country's oldest paper Lidové noviny, and who served as ministers in the First Republic. Following the fall of the Iron curtain, the house was successfully restituted by Dr. Martin Stransky, who carries on in the family' many rich traiditions and activities

The apartments are located on the fourth floor and have their own private elevator. Security is provided by watchmen and 24 hour camera surveillance. All apartments include maid cleaning 4 times a week!
