The Colonel's "Sunday dinners" included many of the recipes in this section. He originally shared these recipes with customers visiting his first restaurant in Corbin, KY in the late 1950's. Now you may enjoy them again. And when you don't have time to spend in the kitchen, let the Colonel do the cooking for you.
