Dana helped us and two other families relocate to Prague and we couldn't be more pleased with her service. Her help in finding housing, negotiating with landlords, and her constant help and advice through the process was invaluable. Prague is full of people offering assistance in housing and relocation, but Dana's service is top notch. She knows the systems and people of Prague and is a great person to have on your team!

I contacted Dana for help with my Visa. After being back and forth to the CZ over the years I've worked with several different companies and wasted thousands of dollars on lawyers trying to sort out a long term visa. I contacted Dana because I saw her helpful advice on different posts regarding relocation on the expat forums. I figured if she was so willing to be helpful on the forums, then she probably has a high level of customer service and luckily I wasn't wrong.

Dana had a Visa specialist on her team work for me and it was great. She really kept on top of all the rules and changes, she led me through all the paperwork. When I got my visa and had to register it, I only had 3 days to register it at the foreign police but it was right before christmas and the place was packed and somehow she got me in to get stamped, I would NEVER been able to do that with out her.

Her prices are totally transparent, no hidden costs, and VERY reasonable on the market, especially considering the high level of care.

I think it is fair to say that apart from the "technical" help of finding the right appartment, the service provided by ReloCare made my whole start in Prague a smooth and positive experience.
As many expats, I had only a limited period of time (actually 2 visits) to find the right appartment and sign a contract. What was important for me? I needed someone who is accessable 24/7 on the mobile, who is reacting quickly to new situations and who is not only doing what you tell him but actually comes up with own creative ideas. I found this in ReloCare as they proved to be very focused on solutions and not on processes.
The success is evidence enough, I found the right appartment within only 2 weeks and ReloCare covered all the necessary paperwork and services around closing the contract (unfortunately there are several things in this country which need to be done with someone physically present and I could not do that myself, so ReloCare covered that as well).
I trust that there are several providers of a professional relocation service, but it is really the comfortable feeling that someone is caring for your issues rather than delivering a specific service.
On the basis of my experience I can only recommend working with this team.

From the very first contact, ReloCare provided us with a professional service, constructive advice and friendly approach. During the months spent by organizing of our move to Prague, Mrs. Pick together with her staff checked availability of more than 40 apartments of our, or their choice, they checked their suitability according to the list of our requirements and perfectly organized viewing of the selected ones. Not only did they hear to our wishes, they also provided advice and used their expertise and experience with expatriates in unknown environments, so that they could sometimes tell us what we actually need and what probably suits us best. All that in a very non-invasive and friendly manner. ReloCare also acted in our best interest to negotiate the rental contract conditions, provided basic legal advice, as well as guided the whole transaction to the finish, i.e., they keys handover. Besides that we received a lot of informal friendly advice on other relevant matters, such as childcare, doctors, local services and administration. Thanks to ReloCare we found a location and an apartment we like and enjoy - after all it was one of the choices they selected and approached us with! Finally, Mrs. Pick found and negotiated a favourable price and service of a professional removal company which provided us with a great and smooth service as well. After 2 DIY-style adventures, this was our first international moving accompanied by a professional relocator. We made a great experience with ReloCare and would recommend them anytime again. Surprisingly, the price of the service turned out to be a true bargain which only adds to the very positive impression we were left with.

We found the service offered by this company to be fantastic. they managed to find us a flat close to the office (the flat was not actively on the market - so it was more word of mouth) and the rent was very reasonable.
