Ladi recently helped ship my stuff from Prague to the US. While I lived in Prague, he helped me move three times. He's reliable, always on-time, and works extremely hard. Plus, he's got a great personality that you get for free.

For the cargo shipping, he got me a really reasonable rate, and my stuff arrived without any damage. Ladi was prompt in giving me updates via email, and kept me posted through the whole process.

It's really good to have someone who's trustworthy when so many people want to take advantage of expats in Prague. I would HIGHLY recommend the Man with a Van. Thanks Ladi!

Everything good said about Ladi in these reviews is true. He's reliable, very helpful, knows exactly what he's doing, speaks excellent English and is a very nice guy.

His price is very fair for the service he provides and his number's staying in my phonebook for the next time I need anything moved.

Ladislav was there 5 mintues before schedule, we was very helpful to move my stuff to a storage in cityselfstorage. Good guy and with excellent aptitude.

Our team of 14 from South Africa attended the World Paramotor Championships in Czech Rep. Ladi gave us supperb service. Transfers, rentals, cargo, storage, we had a lot of cargo and even more requests. All our expectations were exceeded and all at a good price. Ladi is also well versed in English and very Professional.

I have used Ladislav several times, moves within Prague and he has just shipped my gear back to London. Ladislav is a pleasure to work with, 100pc reliable, conciencious, competitivly priced I could go on.... His service is faultless and I question the logic of using a 'big' removal company. Support this guy and his services you will not be dissappointed

I've been using the excellent services of Ladi over the past three or more years, and I can say without a doubt that he still offers the best service in town, anything from a simple pickup at IKEA, all the way to moving home, or long-distance work (like picking up a puppy in Slovakia!)

The fact I keep coming back should be all the review that is needed.

I needed his help to move a bed and the service was excellent! He helped disassemble the bed, bring it down 5 floors (along with other stuff we had moved) transported it, and helped bring it into the new place on the other side of PRG all in 1 hr, making my life so much easier. Well worth the price. Additionally, his English is great and is a nice guy.

He arrived on time, did the job as quick as possible, and was not trying to cheat me into spending more time (thus paying more), like I feared from some other movers.

I was in a bit of a fix. A girl on her own, needing to pick up a bed from one place, then move a pile of packing boxes to another, all within a very short timeframe. Cue THE MAN WITH A VAN. I called him up on Saturday evening, he said he could help the very next day. By the time I arrived at the meeting point, he'd already got the bed loaded into his van. He proceeded to drop it off, pick up my boxes, drop them off, and all with a smile on his face. 45 minutes later, the job was done. I was delighted. Couldn't recommend the guy highly enough. If you want to move anything, he's great. Really friendly, really reliable, really helpful. Thanks a lot, Ladislav! :)

The man with a van is the solution to all of your moving needs! We called Ladislav on a Wednesday to come Friday afternoon and he moved our entire flat across town in about an hour and a half. Was a huge help and the best price in town! Not to mention a hell of a cool guy. Call Ladi now!

I agree with the earlier comments 100%. Called last minute with a plea for moving help, he responded immediately and we agreed on a time. He arrived exactly on time, worked his a$$ off, and is an interesting guy on top of it all. This hard worker will not disappoint! Kudos to you, thanks for the help and great service! Ladislav is Man and a Van. Collected our 12 boxes on Monday and they arrived intact in England the following Friday as promised. Would use him again

friendly, helpful (carried a load of stuff up 5 floors), on time and cheap. he's the man.

This guy agreed to a price well beforehand, tried to change it at the last minute, then cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. Cost me an extra 1000 kc to find a replacement. His rates are more than a taxi van anyway. Just call the reliable and honest taxi co AAA (603 331133) and ask for a van.

Ladi helped me move twice within Prague now - he helps carry boxes and is fast and efficient. Recommended.

I have to agree with the other reviewers- I am in the process of moving back to the States, and Ladi picked me up on time to take my extremely large box and my trunk to the airport to be placed on a pallette, and was in and out of customs in five minutes. He's the best!

This is the way to go if you are having things shipped to you from out of the country! I hired Ladi to help me get 19 boxes that I had shipped from the USA. He got me to the airport fast, helped chat up the guy at customs and we were in and out of there in about an hour. I never would have been able to get it done so quickly without his help.
Friendly, helpful and dependable, and fast, even being on the clock, he and his helper, Joe, got all of my things up 3 flights of stairs in no time at all.
I would highly recommend using “Stan the Man with a Van” if you need to pick up people or things at the airport or if you need to do a big trip to Ikea, Globus, etc. You may as well give you money to a hard-working entrepreneur, than a faceless company.
