CATI = Computer Assisted Telephone Interview.Telephone interviews are one of the most widely used forms of marketing research in the world. In the Czech Republic this is also one of the most frequently trusted quantitative research techniques.

Interviews are conducted from within a specially equipped CATI studio at company headquarters in Prague (Palmovka). Interviews are performed by a team of specially trained operators - interviewers. The call the target respondents and conduct the particular interview. With the help of electronic interviewing software, they ask questions in the precise wording displayed on the monitor. Respondent answers are recorded by computer.
