The spa resort Luhačovice lies in the southeastern part of Moravia at the boundary of Valašsko (Moravian Walachia) and Moravské Slovácko (Moravian Slovakia), in the Zlin district and has about 7000 inhabitants. The whole locality is called Luhačovické Zálesí and belongs to the mountain range Bílé Karpaty (White Carpathians). The town is in an altitude of 250m above sea level and is surrounded by Vizovice hills. Luhačovice is the fourth largest spa in the Czech Republic and the most popular spa in Moravia. Luhačovice is well known for its natural medicinal springs, favourable climate and pleasant surroundings.

During their stay clients have many leisure time opportunities. Sports offered include tennis, minigolf, nine-pins, angling, swimming, squash, horse--riding, hiking or cycling tours in forests and paths of the White Carpathians.
