CUNNINGHAM & MATAS is an internationally aligned law office of Czech origin with its seat in the heart of Prague, which cares for its clients in Czech, German and the English language.  The office took up its activity in September 2002 in the Czech republic and advises its clients in questions of the Czech and German law system; in the future assistance is granted also to basics of the Common Law.  As a result of the entry into the European Market on the first of May 2004, comprehensive amendments of the Czech law regarding adjustments and reorganization of many statute laws have already been realised. Looking forward to this event our office specializes in simplifying business transactions of foreign investors in the Czech republic, considering the circumstance that in the scope of the harmonisation of the Czech legislation, with regard to the guidelines of the European Union, business transactions are often combined with significant expenditure of time.
