Our Law Office was started in 1997, as a follow-up to the several years of the Partners´ involvement in the advertising law practice under other attorney groups. Our place of business is Prague. We work closely together with our partner law office in Bratislava, the Slovak Republic, and make use also of our other contacts across Europe (Switzerland, Denmark, Germany, Poland etc.), according to the needs of our clients.

Apart from the Partners, three Articling Attorneys work in our office, as well as two Associate Attorneys specialising in the criminal law and real property law. They are supported by the Secretariat consisting of two Assistants.

Since our formation, we have been developing mainly into the commercial law area, with the advertising issues as our specialty. In the latter area, we have established a well known and, as we believe, also reputed position. We provide full service to our clients in their business activities.

We provide services to both local and international firms. Our steady and frequented clients include e.g. the following: local branches of international advertising agency networks such as Publicis, BBDO, OMD, McCANN-ERICKSON; SIMAC Technik ČR - a branch of SIMAC, Belgium; Český Mobil; Guillemot - a branch of the international Guillemot Corporation; and, local branches of international pharmaceutical companies such as Medicamenta; Conjoint Export Services Praha.
