English Garden School is devoted to developing children’s natural curiosity in an environment that is both academically stimulating and emotionally supportive. Our aim is to cultivate a love of learning.

 

English Garden School welcomes children of all nationalities between the ages of 3-6 who wish to learn in an English-speaking environment.

We support a non-competitive, individualized approach to learning through play, exploration and discovery. Children’s curiosity and interests in the world around them are used as a basis for lessons that are developmentally age-appropriate and planned to encourage independence, social competence, and creativity.

English Garden School believes in developing the ‘whole’ child emotionally, physically, socially and intellectually so that he or she becomes an independent and confident life-long learner.

Small class sizes, a play-oriented framework and a hands on approach to learning in a structured, safe setting is the backbone of our educational philosophy.

Our teachers are experienced and dedicated professionals who share an understanding and a love for children. Our staff is comprised of native English speakers and pedagogically trained teachers with many years experience from international schools.

 

English Garden School is located in a calm and pleasant villa quarter in Prague 4 surrounded by trees and fresh air. Our classrooms are sunny, spacious and bright. Our playground is a 3000msq recreational tree-lined garden.
