The Prague British School Kamýk site
The Prague British School school was founded in 1992 to serve both the Czech and international communities in Prague.
Pupils up to Year 9,(aged 14), follow the National Curriculum for England. Pupils in Years 10 and 11 (aged 15 and 16) follow the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE), followed by the International Baccalaureate (IB) diploma in years 12 and 13.
We pride ourselves in our high academic standards as proven by our results. Having introduced the IGCSE programme in 1996 and the IB two years later, our students constantly achieve results well above the UK average and in line with independent UK schools.
The Prague British School has two sites.
• (Prague 6 - north west Prague)
• Vlastina: Early Years - Year 6
• (Prague 4 - south east Prague)
• Kamýk: Early Years, Primary and Secondary School.
