Menu Dégustation Bohême Bourgeoise  presents traditional meals of Czech culinary art from the end of the 19th century prepared using masterful techniques of the culinary personality Marie B. Svobodová.
 
Menu Dégustation du Chef presents Czech traditional meals animated with the distinctive style, modern techniques and inspiration of the chef Oldřich Sahajdák.
 
The sommeliers headed by Klára Kollárová daily set up wine menus well-matched with single courses.
The courses vary according to seasonal changes and current market avaibility. You can also try a shortened menu „après le théâtre“ and  taste the exquisite dishes paired with wines at our lunch menu served on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
