THE RESTAURANT CONCEPT

The restaurant focuses on steaks and chicken delicacies; all prepared on an authentic Argentinian grill manufactured in Buenos Aires.

This unique method of cooking over an open fire ensures a harmonious blend of tastes, aromas and tradition.

At our open grill located inside the restaurant, you can smell the spices and herbs while you watch succulent meat, seafood or fresh vegetables being prepared on charcoal.

 

THE BAR CONCEPT

has been created in cooperation with and under the auspices of the master bartender Josef Zelenka, manager of Prague’s famous Tretter’s Bar.

At EL ASADOR, Josef oversees the selection of cocktails and guarantees their quality.
