i was there few times and i've to say the days with live music are the best, once i was there for a special event with live opera arias called dinner with classics.
first of all the place, it's not like an usual hotel, it's gorgeous, luxury and unique place, really recommended for dating or romantic event.
all the waiters are very nice and smiling all the time,
quality of food and wines is excellent.
i had here the best duck ever eaten in prague and also ravioli and risotto were great.
it's not a cheap place but i can onLy recommended it, as one of the best place were enjoy your time!

We went to the "Alchymist" to celebrate my husband`s birthday. We liked it very much. The food was excellent, the staff were excellent (they didn't offer us anything we didn't want), the restaurant is beautiful, plus they live music which was very entertaining and made for great atmosphere. As it was my husband`s birthday they made us a cake (without asking or charge). The food and wine are more expensive than most, but its a five star hotel and has a restaurant to match, so its what you would expect.I would recommend the "Alchymist" for a special events.
