The Communications Group s.r.o. (TCG) is a Czech limited company, founded in the year of 1996. Since the establishment we are specializing in creation, development, deployment and maintenance of banking software applications. Our clients are mainly international banks worldwide, who find it reassuring to work with a company that not only has extensive banking knowledge in-house but is also capable of translating requirements into practical solutions.

We focus on customers with a presence in various markets that we operate in, so that we are able to cross-sell. We put extreme emphasize on quality control, so that our customers can be rest-assured that the products and services they receive from us will meet or exceed their expectations.

We have our head office in Prague, Czech Republic and are located in a historical building, true to the style of the city we life and work in. From the offices in Prague our consulting unit has their home base, although they very much work according to the principles of the virtual office.

Prague with excellent flight connections, is perfectly located in the centre of Europe to form the basis for our consultants as they travel quite extensively.

Czech Republic has now joined the European Union in 2004, and has a legacy from before the Velvet Revolution of 1989. This provides in-depth insight of a changing environment and provides a good backdrop for our international consultants.

Also within the head office our product specialists (competence centres) are located, who provide valuable support to our offices in Kazakhstan, Russia and the Project Offices.

Within TCG we have a group of consultants, who rather like to be called banking experts. They all have several years of experience in banking in either managerial positions, operational management, IT related functions and they are hands-on people. Additionally all of the consultants have been working in Western Banking environments as well as in the Russian speaking countries. They are flexible, all-round and adaptable to new environments.

As one of the expertise’s we are specialized in, it is note worthy to mention operational expertise, Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery Planning. For this purpose we utilize special in-house developed tools and methodology.
