I couldn't even get in the door! I called, asked a few pertinent questions about pricing (such as examination plus a cleaning costs how much and what are the other fees?) and the woman was so arrogant and rude she hung up the phone after 2 minutes! Is it too much to ask to have a customer service rep (ok, secretary) who is actually courteous and wants clients?

I am a 26 year old American living in Prague and I went to Dentyl a few months ago because I was having problems with one of my molars. It turned out that I needed a root canal and I had been waiting too long.

This meant that I had an abscess infection, which was incredibly painful. Being a foreigner made me a bit skeptical of the treatment I would be provided, but the service I received at Dentyl was top notch. The staff was friendly and helpful. They even went out of their way to come in when they weren't working to help me for no extra charge.

However, their prices are a little higher than other dentists for some services in Prague, but they do offer a wide variety of treatment options. Moreover, if you want great and reliable service or you are like me and just need immediate quality treatment, I highly recommend going to Dentyl.

Had my wisdom tooth pulled out and the price range was 900-2500kc and suprisingly I had to pay 2500kc. Eventhough it was maybe 5-10minutes work and came out easily, just thinking that if the wisdom tooth requires surgery can the price really be the same as it is the maximum price?
