Seasonal, local, seasoned with love. Bistro Florentyna is a small Czech bistro located in Praha 3 - Žižkov, chef-owned by the best-selling cookbook author Jana Florentýna Zatloukalová (Kuchařka pro dceru and Vánoční kuchařka pro dceru).

Inspired by Magdalena Dobromila Rettigova and other old cookbooks, we bring back seasonality, techniques, taste and ingredients from the lost Czech culinary tradition. Our menu has only 6-8 entrées and nothing on it is permanent. Come one month later and you will find completely new entrées, appetizers and desserts.
