I went to the Copy General which is around the corner from I.P. Pavlova metro station on Belehradska. I needed make some business cards on business card stock paper I had brought with me. I asked the clerk at the counter the best copier to use for my needs, and he told me to use the black and white self service copiers. He then told me that if they did not print properly, I wouldn't be charged for them. I did the copies and had some mistakes. No big deal I thought, I wouldn't be charged like the guy said. Another problem was the toner ink would smear right off if I touched it! What a waste of high quality paper. Finished, I returned to the counter and a different clerk was there. I showed him the bad copies. He said "too bad you have to pay for all of them. Its not our problem you don't know how to use the machine." He then added that "You screwed up and used the wrong copier...." Like WTF!? 2 clerks with 2 entirely different stories. I said I didn't want to pay for the bad, smearing copies and he got very angry and started yelling at me in front of all the other customers. God, what an @sshole. He refused to acknowledge that his coworker misinformed me. He refused to acknowledge that the toner wouldn't even bind to the paper. To the contrary, he insisted, angrily on full payment for terrible, smearing copies that were basically useless. Rude, indifferent staff who don't know what they're doing. I'll never go there again.
