Very knowledgable and flexible. No two problems are the same and he quickly (same day) reloaded the OS and all drivers. IBM thinkpad...so there were a lot of them. He speaks perfect English and was very helpful in telling me where I can get other things in Prague, like computer accessories (www.alza.cz)...closest thing to a Costco version of shopping for PC stuff (laptops, memory, printers, etc). He also is a techno junkie...so if you have questions about home audio video gadgets, he can share his experiences too. It was great to have found him. (make sure you get the directions for the Subway/Bus route before you leave. it's an easy trip if you have them. he's 1 block from the bus stop). Good luck - Jeff
