The College is located in the historical and cultural centre of Prague on 23, Senovazne namesti, in Prague 1, close to the underground and tram stops.

The College equipment includes personal computers, Internet connection, e-mail addresses for students. There are cafeteria and restaurant in the building. The College was given a state licence to operate as a private College by Ministry of Education of the Czech Republic on 14 August 2000 ( No. 026/2000- 30 according to the University and College Act No 111/1998).The College was established by its founder - the National Federation of Hotels and Restaurants of the Czech Republic.
Tle College provides its students a three - year bachelor programe called Economics and Management in two branches Hotel, Gastronomical Facility and Spa Management and Tourism Industry Management.

High quality of bachelor preparation is guaranteed by a demanding programme, enthusiastic Czech and foreign students, excellent teachers, and top multi- media information technology. The College has its own server with the operation system WINDOWS 2000 and web sides. The College has a PC & Internet Studio where every student has their own PC with internet on-line,e-mail box, individual data zone, and wide intranet.

From the academic year 2002/03 not only a present form but also a combined form of studies will be offered ( regular electronic contact between a student and a tutor via e-mail, intranet, nad extranet combined with monthly weekend training), which is ideal especially for students who combine their studies with their jobs.

high level of Education is ensured through co-operation with University Teachers from Charles University, Czech Technical University and University of Economics. Teaching staff consists of excellent university teachers (professors, assistant professors, senior lecturers), knowledgeable established professionals from top managerial posts in tourism, hotel and spa industries. They are experts, specialists in foreign languages, marketing management, applied law, applied mathematics, personnel management, hygiene and safety of work, computer and information technologies, economics of tourism, hotel and spa industries, accountancy, financial analysis, tourism marketing, diplomatic protocol, gastronomy and spa industries, international visiting professors and quest lecturers and internationaly trainet practical instructors.
Special attention is paid to foreign language classes, the quality of those is guaranteed by excellent senior lecturers, and audio-visual equipment. Small grouped classes provide individual care of students. Three out of six offered languages (English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, and Russian) are compulsory. Out of those three languages English is obligatory and two other languages are optional - chosen by a student. A student can also study another (the fourth) foreign language on a voluntary basis.

The founder, the executives, the agents, the representatives, the secretaries, the teachers and the academic board of the college pay continuous and intensive attention to the link between vocational training and practice the students are trained for. This is guaranteed by particular subject syllabuses and their necessary modifications, National Federation of Hotels and Restaurants of the Czech Republic experts participation in classes, case studies, study stays ( including study stays abroad ), course and teacher evaluation, etc.
The College of Tourism, Hotel and Spa Hospitality is the college of the National Federation of Hotels and Restaurants of the Czech Republic and that´s why its aims and targets come from needs of the Federation.

The ambition of the College is to become a resourceful centre and help the development of tourism industry in the Czech Republic, to react to the needs of practice making adequate changes in higher vocational training of its students - future managers in tourism, hotel and spa industries and the future entrepreneurs in this business.
