A private Czech-English Montessori preschool DUHOVKA is based in a charming villa in Prague 6 Hanspaulka with a large garden. You can also find us in Prague 1 very close to Vltava river. Duhovka Preschool welcomes children aged 3 - 7 years. 

We place emphasis on both Czech and English language so that the kids can make the most of their sensitive phases to naturally explore both languages. Our pedagogical approach is based on the Montessori Method. The qualified teachers who work at Duhovka Preschool have completed a course in Montessori Education and actively pursue their own continuing education through involvement in international activities organized by the Montessori Society.
Our goal is to create the best possible environment for developing children’s personalities, supporting the development of their abilities, the growth of their skills and leading them to knowledge. At Duhovka we make use of all available trends in preschool education, but most of all we use the Montessori Method – all with regard to the framework program stipulated by the Ministry of Education.
