My wife and I chose Fusion Catering to prepare the turkey for our Thanksgiving meal (the bird just won't fit in the oven!). The turkey was the best we have ever eaten - moist, flavorful and delicious. The bread stuffing and gravy were terrific too. My father in law prepared an extra dish of stuffing and gravy to compete - and it didn't compare! We ordered canapes as well, and they were excellent! As for the delivery, the food arrived HOT and on time. I can highly recommend Fusion Catering for any party/event you might be planning!
