This bar was inspired by Ernest Hemingway, the most famous bar lover, who helped a great deal of cocktails become famous all around the world. He himself innovated known recipes and that’s why bars all around the world create cocktails such as Hemingway Daiquiri or the Papa Doble version. People combine his bar life only with Cuba, which is a mistake.
 
It is true that bars such as La Bodequita or El Floridita built their reputation on his frequent visits, but Ernest liked all good bars and all good drinks around the world.
 
In our bar we will be rediscover the beauty of one of Ernest’s favorite drink, which was absinthe. We are always on the lookout for new brands of this noble spirit. Cocktails that we serve are created from premium spirits and fresh fruit juice. Our bartenders are here to provide their experience and maximum service for you.
