We are glad to invite you to the original restaurant with a family atmosphere. On the place, where you could find tradition of the Silovsky family, we started to run the restaurant in 1872. It was closed in 1981 and the tradition was regenerated in 2004 by opening the Angus Steak House. We continue in the hospitable tradition of our ancestors. In preparing meals, we place emphasis on top quality of the raw materials, especially on the cooled Angus meat, which belongs to the most popular meat in the world. This meat comes from our family farm of about 400 pieces of the cattle, which you can see in the nearby meadows.
The Restaurant is 3 km far from Nepomuk (south of Plzeň), in a small village called Soběsuky.
Wooden interior and a fireplace, Illy coffee brand and selected French or Moravian wine – these are some of integral parts of the restaurant. Do not hesitate to invite your family, friends or business partners for an unforgettable experience! With a glass of selected French or Moravian wine, come to absorb the family atmosphere.
The restaurant is devided into a smoking room for 25 people and a non-smoking room for 32 people. You can enjoy a summer terrace for 16 people during summer time.
We support „slow food“ movement. It means, we prepare meals from real raw materials, especially from nearby sources and without any artificials. We offer not only wide scale of steaks (from cooled Angus meat) prepared on the charcoal grill, but also beef specialities, such as traditional „Talians“, osso buco, grilled tripes, baked marinated ribs, juicy Angus Burger, or excellent tartar beefsteak.
